SuperCapture isn't another storage plan. Your captures are ordinary files in a folder you choose, and you can link folders you already keep in a cloud drive so they're indexed and searchable in place. What you're paying for is the part a cloud drive can't do: a library that stays in step across devices, and share links people can open, comment on and lose access to when you say so.

Pro for teams adds per-seat billing on one invoice, with the option to keep originals in your own S3-compatible bucket. Get in touch and we'll set it up.
The Mac app is available now. Manage your plan in your web account. Paid plans are billed yearly. Mobile apps have not been released.

Questions
Why is there a free plan?
Because the branding pays for it. The free plan includes every capture, editing, and search tool. Video exports, any image you've marked up and the pages behind your share links carry a light "Made with SuperCapture" mark, so every capture you share helps us spread the word. Export a screenshot you haven't touched and it stays clean. If you'd rather have clean exports and share pages everywhere, that's what the paid plans are for.
Do I need this if I already use Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud?
You don't have to give them up. SuperCapture saves ordinary files to a folder you choose and can index folders you already keep in a cloud drive, in place. Sync is optional and does something different: it carries your library — folders, tags, annotations and edits — to your other devices, and it's what hosts your share links. If all you want is your files in one more place, your cloud drive already does that.
Is there a storage limit?
There's a generous fair-use allowance for what you sync: 2 GB on Free, 50 GB on Individual and 100 GB on Pro. That's thousands of screenshots and hours of recordings, and most people never come close. Nothing on your Mac counts — only what you choose to sync.
What happens when I reach a sync limit?
Nothing gets deleted, and nothing stops working. Everything already synced keeps syncing and stays editable on every device; new captures beyond the limit simply stay on the device you made them on. Delete something synced and the room frees up again, or upgrade for unlimited items.
Do items other people share with me count toward my limits?
No. Limits only count what you own. You can be part of a shared folder of any size and browse all of it without using any of your own allowance. Saving a shared item to your own library makes a copy, and that copy does count.
Who can comment on a share page?
On Pro, anyone you send the link to can comment in their browser — no account, no app — pinned to a spot in an image or a moment in a recording. Links from Free and Individual are view-only.
What does "zero-knowledge" mean on Pro?
With end-to-end encryption enabled, capture files are encrypted before upload. Only you and the collaborators you authorize can decrypt them. Account and sync metadata are still needed to run the service. Keep your recovery information safe; we cannot decrypt these files for you. Read how encryption works.
How is Individual sync different from Pro?
Individual sync is encrypted in transit between your devices, but not zero-knowledge at rest. Pro adds full end-to-end encryption, comments on your share pages, and shared folders with other accounts.
What happened to Enterprise?
Pro is now our top plan, and teams buy it per seat. If your organization needs originals kept in its own S3-compatible bucket, that's available as part of Pro for teams — contact us.
